My Approach

I am a coach who loves to;

  • Be creative in my work
  • Make a difference in your life
  • Share an abundance mind set
  • Have a joyful experience together
  • Make learning fun
  • Celebrate the positives
  • Embrace spirituality
  • Help you grow through challenges

I use a holistic approach and my expertise is in relationships, self-care and work/life balance.

How can I help?

I have a wide range of experience and I have been interested in personal development for 30 years. I am able to put people at ease while working with complex issues. My strength is enabling others to learn about their self and their relationship with others which frequently leads to transformative insight. My expertise includes health and fitness, relationships, parenting and mental health. I am flexible in my work and I offer walking coaching, face to face and skype sessions.

  • I started working with Kim in preparation for my PhD. Kim has helped me to recognise the root causes of my behaviour and empowered me to explore and work on all aspects of my busy life.

  • I found that because we were focused with talking and thinking that I was able to achieve more physically than I would if I was walking alone. I love to be out doors and walking coaching does wonders for my mental health
