Why not join Guru Circus Expert, Kim Furnish on Saturday 2nd February 10am – 4pm at a beautiful location, Gaunts House, for a day filled with science backed techniques to boost your happiness levels.

The workshop will be based on the science of positive psychology including ways to be kinder to yourself, the benefits of laughter and being outdoors in nature.
