I love Life Coaching and I am passionate about self-awareness and personal growth. My expertise is in relationships, self-care and work/life balance. I have a particular interest in the relationship you have with yourself, what your passion is and whether you are living your life in line with your values. I have designed a programme of positive psychology education and interventions which I use in my coaching practice and share in my local community. Instar Coaching C.I.C. aims to use knowledge and skills of positive psychology to bring more positive emotion and less isolation to communities. I provide joyful activities, education workshops, group walking in nature and group laughter sessions to promote a flourishing life.

Kim’s coaching has been essential in enabling me to get my business up and running. She is very systematic, taking me through things step by step and working to timescales which are effective and appropriately paced to enable me to make rapid progress.
Tamsin LI started working with Kim in preparation for my PhD. Kim has helped me to recognise the root causes of my behaviour and empowered me to explore and work on all aspects of my busy life.
Clair BI found that because we were focused with talking and thinking that I was able to achieve more physically than I would if I was walking alone. I love to be out doors and walking coaching does wonders for my mental health
