Cluttered Homes Consultant
I have worked with people experiencing emotional distress, challenges and personal discovery for many years now. Most recently helping people overwhelmed by their possessions. I hope that I am able to listen attentively, that I am compassionate, honest, that I am thoughtful, kind and am able to show people empathy. If I am change is inevitable.

I always aim to make listening the core part of my approach. I enjoy meeting people, being curious and trusting that people, with encouragement, compassion and support can discover the ways that they want to do whatever it is that they decide they need to do.
I have seen that relationships are at the heart of changes that people want to make. I believe that all feelings are perfect and through acceptance, awareness and compassion people make amazing transformations.

I have just returned from Madrid and the World Hearing Voices Congress. I loved meeting people from all over the world who are taking things forward. There is a love and camaraderie in the Voice Hearers movement that is very special and not something I have experienced before. Everyone comes together as people with different experiences and contributions to make. There is little or no power and status issues and I feel that they lead the way towards an attitude to distress that has the potential to change peoples lives in such a helpful, thoughtful and powerful way.
We all have relationships with our possessions. Life sometimes happens in a way that can make these relationships overwhelming and distressing.
I aim to help people to reflect on these relationships and make the changes that they wish, or which they feel that they need to make.
