Posted by Rasheed Ogunlaru, Monday 2nd October, 2017

In today’s world of hectic work lives, 24-7 media /social media, consumer culture and constant change you may tend to find yourself with a busy life and a busy mind. While it can make life thrilling and stimulating you can, if you’re not careful, find yourself stretched and stressed. However, by raising your self-awareness and by taking a few simple steps you can get to a calmer, more effective and content place; and crucially, you can quickly regain your balance in life’s challenging moments.

Peace of mind arrives the moment you arrive at peace with the contents of your mind.

In this short video series I guide you through:

  • Noisy mind: This is where many people find themselves throughout their adult life; it can often build up over time
  • Quiet mind: Here I share simple tips to help ease, relax and quieten the mind whenever the need arises
  • Mindful & flowing mind: Being aware, centred and able to respond to all the practical demands of life, career, relationships and business

In all there are four videos. We begin with an introduction to these three common states of mind and he next three videos will help us to recognise and move from noisy mind to quiet mind in order to appreciate and enjoy a happy, healthy and content life.
