In today’s world it feels more important than ever to have something in reserve, to have something left to give and not be burned out, lacking resources, not coping.

Wouldn’t it feel good to have a sense of ease and pleasure in your life, a sense that you can cope with whatever life throws your way?

Today, people often report feeling pulled in different directions, experiencing pressure from all sides.  Many feel at breaking point with workload demands – or the competing demands of work and family – with the sense that something has to give.  Others report having experienced a specific event that feels like a body blow that they find it hard to bounce back from.  Yet others say that everything just feels harder – and much less enjoyable – than it should feel, a sense of being worn down and exhausted.
